Service took 2.5 hours longer than expected. In total service took 7 hours when it was only supposed to take 3-4 hours. I don’t get maintenance services at the Honda dealership due to previous bad customer service.

This service was horrible and complete waste of time. Three MAJOR issues:
1) I dropped off my car at 8:40 AM and I had to call twice to get any kind of update. I finally got an assessment and estimate at 4:30 PM (it was promised for 11:40) as my advisor was heading home.
2) I brought my car in because my sunroof would not close. I asked my service advisor to close the sunroof manually while we waited for a part and repairs, and he told me that the technician tried but could not close it. Upon picking up the car, my paperwork showed that they were able to close it TWO times. I feel that my service advisor was not truthful.
3. Finally, I paid for a multi-point inspection. When I picked up my car, there was NO inspection done. The inspection checklist was completely blank and yet there are obvious issues with my car (3rd brake light is out, steering fluid low, etc).
All in all, SO disappointed with this service and I am not sure what I paid for. I will be filing a complaint.
