This was my second time being lucky enough to have Rick as my service assistant. He is completely fantastic. I’ve been coming to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos for many years. I bought both of my cars there. I have always received the help that I needed there. I was 100% satisfied with the service to my car however, i was just a little confused about my appointment. I had originally scheduled at the time that I did because I needed something else checked on my car and I was told by the scheduler that It would be done. So when I mentioned it to the service consultant he said it would be 3-4 hour wait. Already to wait 2 hours is steep for the service to be done. Now I'm going to have to bring it back another day to get it done because i wasn't planning to be without a car for half a day. So maybe in the future you can let people know about how long it would take to plan accordingly to people's schedules. Thank you.
