I was happy with the service I received from my representative Joseph but just not happy with the car I purchased from you guys. I bought a car brand new and it seems to need one thing after another. Also on my last oil change I brought it and you guys did your inspection and nothing was said or mentioned about needed my breaks to be fixed. When I brought it in for an oil change I told them that I am hearing issues with the break and to have them checked. Then was called and said my breaks are at a 1 and need to be replaced immediately. If the break were that bad that I am hearing them they probably did damage to my rotors or other areas but again nothing notated or told to me on my prior visit just a few months earlier. Makes me think if you guys are truly doing the inspection like you say you are. Would love for someone to call me back to discuss. I just think a new car should have parts that last past 30k miles.
