The wait is way too long, 3 hours for an oil change is crazy, they left finger prints and marks all over my car and I see no reason why when it's an oil change. They shouldn't be touching my car all over the place, it's just a lack of care. Over all the service is not good and sloppy. Need to hire people that are kore careful with cars and don't go around touching all the body panels of my car.

I had the worst service I have ever experienced at any car service department. I have taken my car in 3 times now for stereo issues and each time they either tell me they can’t recreate the issue or they can’t fix it. This time they tell me they fixed it but then as soon as I get in my car to leave I hear the same issue! You can literally hear it in the stereo and I have showed the issue to multiple people. How are you going to call me and say you fixed it but then when I go to leave I hear the exact same issue?! I spoke with a manager (Michael Vasquez) and he was extremely rude. He kept cutting me off when I was speaking with him and trying to explain the issue. I told him “why wouldn’t you call me and say we did what we could to fix the issue but it didn’t work, we now need to….” His reply to me was “we simply follow procedure.” Are you kidding me? You don’t take the extra step to try and fix the issues your customers are having? I also asked him “so if someone brings in a car with an issue, you follow procedure and if that doesn’t work you just give the car back?” His reply “yes”. I will NEVER go back to Honda cerritos, I can’t believe they are so unwilling to help me with my new car to fix the stereo! My car is only a little over a year old and should not be having these kind of issues. I never would have purchased this car had I known how horrible your service is.

My right rear break light worked for a few hours upon leaving. In the evening it flickered and then would not come on. We believe it’s an electrical issue. With auto lights turned off, the break light worked for a few minutes. Turned car off then back on and light still didn’t work.

The person who helped me for the day was good at getting me in and out with his service however when I went to pick up my car he didn’t review anything with me on what was found on my car. It did seem as though he was rushing me out. After that when I went to go to my car I saw that my windows were left rolled down. I received a text that my car was ready at 1:40pm and did not get there until almost 4pm so my windows were rolled down for a little over 2 hours where someone walking by could’ve just went into my car and stole something out of my car. This was very unsettling for me.
