Service rep clear stated the wait time and called for the completion of the service at the expected time. Your dealership should improve the turn around time for simple oil change service, especially when customer has made prior appointment. An oil change service should not take 4 hours.

I had to pay $85 for my service evaluation after specifically asking whether you had the part in stock. You don’t and have no idea when that will change. It would have been customer-friendly to just tell me up front. I am getting the work done elsewhere

I brought my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid in for it’s first maintenance (I purchased the Honda Care plan when I bought the vehicle in June 2021). When I picked it up, the paperwork indicated a tire rotation and inflation check to 35 PSI. While driving home, I received a low tire pressure warning from the TPMS. I pulled over to check it with my guage, and all the tires were no higher than 30 PSI. I called the service department and was told I could bring it back. When I did, the advisor who helped me told me that he would inflate the ALL tires to 34 PSI (the sticker in the door indicates optimal PSI AT 33) and do a “hard reset” of the TPMS. When I asked why the TPMS warning came up, he said it wasn’t because of the actual air pressure, but sometimes the rotation can trigger it. I questioned why this wasn’t anticipated in routine maintenance, and he did not have a satisfactory answer. My new car has been running flawlessly since purchase, and it is very disconcerting to find my tires not inflated to the pressure indicated on the paperwork AND get warning lights immediately AFTER bringing it in for maintenance that is supposed to prevent these things from happening at all. It causes me severe doubt on the integrity of the Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos service department, especially considering that I purchased a maintenance plan out of trust in your service.
