Juan is always helpful and helping me out when I do have car issues. He does take time to take care my needs on my car and always there when I do need his help with my car. I'm 100% & more satisfied with my service with Juan Huezo.

The service manager(lady) perhaps the greeter manager, did not answer to my question about how cars are serviced(taking in). Also, I asked for a “oil change”, yes is true, but where is the 110+ points checked at the end of the the service?. Did not received nor I denied it. I denied any additional service without me knowing.
