Trevor was the nicest person I have ever dealt with in regards to car issues and in general in customer service. Thus recurring issue has not been solved shortly after being told the issue was resolved after my 5th time taking the car . The very load clicking sound is still very much there . I was assured it was test driven and as soon as o left the dealer to pickup my car the loud noise was there . So unsatisfied now I have to take my vehicle for the 6th time to get “fixed “ . Extremely frustrating at this point

I asked my service advisor to check the windshield fluid to see if it was disconnected when I had windshield replaced, he said they would check and let me know, when I checked no fluid came out I called and left numerous messages for him to contact me he never returned any of my messages, I found that unprofessional I will never use norm reeves Honda for my service again, the second bad experience.
