I brought my Honda Civic on for 5K service yesterday. I assumed that, like ALL similar mileage services, that the tire rotation was included. I was NEVER told that it wasn’t AND that there was an extra charge for it!! Of course I wanted my tires rotated! It’s 5000 miles, duh! I’m in my 70’s and I have never gotten such poor service from an auto dealership. I will NEVER have any business dealings with you again. I

4 hour wait for an express service with an appointment changing brake fluid, oil and transmission fluid. Told it was a slow day so it should not take long.
When service was complete, I asked about the results of the free inspection and received no answer because he was too busy taking my payment
My service order did not have any recap from the free inspection, either. I have always received tire pressure, tread depth, brake pad thickness and any concerns the technician found. Not this time.
I have not used Norm Reeves for service in a while. Sad to see a large decline in your level of service. I will try another Honda dealership next time.

I have not had any problems with my car, so the first checkup only took an hour Bryan Salas was very patient repeating instructions and explaining the simple process. Since the pandemic life is harder, and feeling estranged from people due to wearing masks and social distancing. It was nice to see a smile and a friendly face. Thank you Bryan Salas.

Steve handled everything well. My complaint is with the work done on my car. The idle has been changed. It now surges while driving, when the car is in park or the car is in drive without pressing on the accelerator. The car will drive itself close to 15 miles an hour. Called to make an appointment, told no appointment available on Saturday December 11. Try to come in before 7:00. Going to take extra time to fix my car since I won’t have an appointment.
