Elmo was very friendly and helpful. He was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. Yes, I did wait all day and that was expected. What wasn’t was the extremely rude comments made by Julie, a customer service representative that I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with. Julie was unfriendly, unkind, lazy, and straight up rude. I have never been talked to in such a manner especially when spending a significant amount of money for a complete brake fluid draining and fill on a car with less than 3000 miles. Also, I had the recall part changed and there were some issues. I believe Julie could have explained that to me instead of taking Elmo away from his post. I specifically went to Honda in Cerritos even though there is one in Downey because of the wonderful treatment I received. Julie messed up the experience but Elmo more than compensated for the distress she caused me.
