I had to bring my car in twice and remind your team of the current recall for your team to finally say something is actually wrong and needs to be fixed and I even had to show the mechanic myself what was wrong, they tried to send my car back home and say nothing was wrong! I now have to wait on the parts needed to fix my car and it apparently is done as a first come first serve when a part is back ordered. That’s not good customer service. You should have a list of customers waiting for the part and should contact them in the order they arrived and fix those vehicles first, even if I am not the first person in line that is how it should work. I have to go out of town and if the part arrives while I am gone I might be out of luck and will have to wait for a whole new shipment to come in. I understand the shipping/supply chain world is unpredictable right now, and there is nothing you can do but wait for the parts to arrive, but you should have ordered a ton of these replacement connectors when the recall first happened. The skipping/popping/static sound coming from my speakers is horrible and I have to listen to it daily. My car is barely a year old, this is unacceptable.

When I left norm reeves my tire pressure light came on I went back a young man help me. And turn off the light and check my tires he said they were okay. So I left again my tire pressure light came back on I called norm reeves Honda I talked to a lady she tried putting me through to the parts department no answer she said someone would call me. They never did.

Robert Bautista has helped me with multiple issues on my Civic. These issues could have turned into massive headaches, but thanks to Robert's diligence they have all been fixed completely and in a timely manner.
