Service and everything was fine. But was extremely disappointed that the appointment took 5 hours. I was initially told 2 hours, then was updated to another 1.5 hours for an additional service that was added but was not updated for the remaining 1.5 hours that I was waiting. Was very disappointed to have spent almost half a day in the service center.

Elmo was polite and had a good attitude however, my appointment was at 7:45 and I was told it would be between 1.5 hrs and two hours wait at most. I decided to wait as this would still allow me to make it to my meeting on time. At 9:45am I went to check on how much longer it would be as my meeting was at 10am and I would need to leave to make it on time. I waited about 5 minutes to be told that it would be another 30minutes. By this time I did not have time to get an Uber and make it on my meeting on time. I had to then go to the back by the finance area to get in my meeting there which is not appropriate but otherwise I would have missed it or been very late. I then had to wait another hour for my car to be ready . When it was ready I couldn’t leave until my meeting was over. I just would have appreciated being told it was going to be a delay earlier. 1.5/2 hrs wait is a lot different than 3hrs. I would have opted to not wait had I known it would be that late or left had I known there was that much of a delay. I made an appointment and respected that time by getting there on time but felt my time was not respected by the lack of communication.
