I appreciated the genuine help from Joseph Vargas. I have been coming to cerritos Honda for awhile now to get my car serviced and the amount of TLC he provided to help me through the process was outstanding. From the moment my car was taken in to the very end when I paid. He went above and beyond to help ensure I understood what’s going on with my car, what to look out for in terms of service I’ll need in the future, and kept asking me if I needed anything else before completely giving me back my paper work. Will definitely ask for Joseph next time I come around

I was not happy because I have an appointment at 12:40 they said I have to wait 3 hrs fir just change of one tire and an alignment! At 3 pm I went to the counter to ask if my car is done! And this bis their answer “ your car is next in line”! What!!!! I waited 3 hrs and they have done nothing in my car! So upsetting and when they saw i was mad already they fix my car righy away and done in an hr! HONDA CERRITOS YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT! I am not satisfied ! I wasted 3 hrs of my day waiting for nothing????????

Joseph did not listen to my using the coupons and only gave me $10 off the B package or something. There was no text or follow-up until I went outside and saw my car pulled up > 2hrs later. I eventually got the text when I got home.
