Servicing my vehicle was not the problem. It’s The long long wait! staff running trying to keep up with cars. Your customer service we are trying. ??????????? It shouldn’t take 4 hours to get your oil changed. customer service is terrible and all anybody says is “oh I apologize” I had an appointment for 11:00am arrived at 10:45 and didn’t leave till a little after 3:00 pm for one oil change. Each time we go The wait time gets longer and longer.

I had scheduled an appointment for 915am to get my car serviced. Unfortunately when I arrived at 9am, the driveway was packed with other customers and I didn’t get “checked in” until ~9:20 and then waited again until 950am to speak with Rep Trevor to get my car serviced. Trevor wrote on the paper that my car would be ready at 2pm, but verbalized that it would be more like 3pm (since I had a recall for fuel pump motor) and he said he would call within that hour so I can come pick my car up before 6pm when they closed. I waited until 2:55 to call and check on my car. Sara answered and when I asked about my car she said it was open on the screen but she would check with Trevor to confirm it was ready. Trevor did not answer and she said she would have him call me back. I did not receive a call back by 3:15 so my husband drove me back to check. I spoke with Bryan ~3:30 who said Trevor went home and he took over. He texted the mechanic who responded “another 45min”, he said I could wait in the lobby and he would come get me when it was ready since my husband still had work and was no longer with me. I waited until 4:30 to check in with Bryan since no one came to get me, according to the Rep who was next to him (I did not catch his name) Bryan went home and he would check on my car. He texted the mechanic again who said they are finishing up alignment and will be another 10min. I waited until 4:59 before I received another call from another Rep who said my car was done. Thankfully it only took 5 more minutes to pay for my car and drive off the lot. I understand it was a holiday (though Bryan mentioned he was informed at the start of shift that the team was fully staffed and prepared for the holiday), and the Reps themselves were very professional, however I believe “Date/time promised” and actual ready time should not be 3 hours apart. There should be a way to notify the customer if it will be later than promised. Thank you for your time.
