I payed for oil change & tire rotation, yesterday after picking my car back up from dealer my car shows a low tire pressure warning! I did not take the car in with that warning! You guys couldn’t pump some air after doing the tire rotation? Very disappointed

Please call. I have 3 issues. One is long wait between check in at arrival and speaking with service rep. Second is discrepancy between service rep. recommendation to replace battery (no test results provided) and AAA test results showing battery is good. Third, why assign a service rep. to customer who makes online appt. and then make customer wait for that service rep. to write up order? This has happened at least twice & each time after I complained about wait, another service rep. came out apologized for wait & wrote up order.
