First off I would like to thank Joseph , his level of customer service exceeded my expectations by far. I did received great customer service and my service agent did call and was professional and answered all my questions. Hands down a great experience! However when I went to pick up my car, I went into the office to find my service agent and in a room full of Honda employees, who some of which made eye contact with me, did not bother to ask if I needed help. There I stood waiting for someone to ask if I needed assistance. Didn’t happen. After feeling invisible for a few minutes I went outside to an agent I saw at a kiosk who helped me out in picking up my vehicle. Although, I feel overall the service was good, Honda should make sure its service employees offer the same service up until you leave your place of business. It’s hard to believe a room full of service agents who clearly saw me did not offer any service when I went to pick up my vehicle. That should be an ongoing training, I’m my opinion!
