I was charged for an account that wasn’t mine, Ricardo said I would receive a refund text and k still haven’t received it. I also called the manager, left a voicemail and I still haven’t received a calls back from her.

The gentleman that helped me was fine, however who ever did the work on my vehicle when installing the Air filter inside the dashboard left my dashboard dirty. This is unacceptable! Failure to pay attention to detail to make sure a customer is completely satisfied is obviously not a priority at Norm Reeves Honda. I received a text once my vehicle was ready and I understand that’s your protocol but common courtesy would be great to notify a customer of all other needs that the vehicle requires would be great, rather then have me read your recommendation.

Trevor in the service department is amazing! My Honda Odyssey broke down 40 miles from my home in Corona and I called him first thing Saturday morning to try and avoid the $320 tow charge to get it back to Riverside. He was able to fit my repair in same day and found the part I needed in Westminster. I had my car back, running perfectly before close on Saturday. Trevor was seriously a lifesaver to this single mom of three. Thank you so much!
