The oil service was satisfactory but was disappointed that simple car wash was not part of the 1st time complimentary oil service for purchasing the car at this location especially when I heard other dealer locations offer it.

I waited about 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and I had to pull my car out took too long I don't understand why you guys have appointments if you guys just take anybody in appointments or no appointments the whole point of an appointment is to be serviced on time bad service

I am completely dissatisfied with my 2021 Honda Accord sport. I’ve only had my car for 5 months and have had nothing but problems with it. Upset, disappointed, and angry barely cover how I feel about this entire experience. Ramiro was great, I have nothing but great things to say about the actual service guys, they’ve all been helpful.

Service was great, and the Service tech was professional. The wait was rather long & you mo longer offer a ride to the mall. Also the vehicle is not washed like in the past. I understand the Covid-19 situation but when I take my BMW for maintenance it still gets washed. The Dealer is in the LA area. Pls bring the small gestures back. Thank you.

If you do not have the new parts to install in the cars to be serviced , Please tell the customer you don’t have all the parts needed before the app time and when parts will be in your business ,or Recommend another Honda dealership to provide necessary service. The engine filter needs to be replaced now in my car. I was told the needed part Maybe delayed a long time. Thank You for a response

We absolutely love Julie she is our service advisor for our family for years, the problem I have is not with Julie it’s with the service managers first of all norm reeves Honda installed the wrong axel on my car which caused the barrings to mess up they changed only one which they should have changed two or both, it is faulty mechanics at it best. At this point I’m not a satisfied customer norm reeves let me down everything should have been offered.
