After being told my service would take 2-3 hours to complete, I asked 2.5 hours into it how much longer it would be and was told the car had not even been diagnosed yet. It would be 2-3 hours longer. This is unacceptable when I had made an appointment in advance. Management heard the entire conversation and never stepped in to try and rectify the issue. Terrible service, will not be back.

From the minute I arrived, the service provided by everyone was excellent. Literally once I drove onto the lot there was someone to great me, asked why I had come in, explained my service advisor would be out shortly, told me where to leave my keys. Bryan was out quickly, we spoke briefly I left my car and he explained the timing, I was also in for an oil change he clarified whether to do the full service, tire rotation, fluid check, etc. gave me the difference in pricing and I left. The service time estimate was 2 hrs. However, I received a text and call an hour later explained the car was done, explained there were a couple recommendations for additional work with instructions on how to respond. Within 10 min. Bryan called to follow up. I declined the addt’l service items for today, all was fine-no pressure. The best part was when I arrived he explained my car was out front, which I had seen and I enjoyed paying the service rider vs having to go to a separate cashier like most dealers. Excellent service!! Very pleased.
