The advisor assigned to work on my vehicle, Jonathan, was not helpful whatsoever.
1. my vehicle was being paid by insurance, Jonathan did NOTHING to ensure the check from the insurance had arrived to the dealer. I know this because I had to essentially beg for Jonathan to check to see if the check was at the dealer, this was on December 6 2025. When i spoke to Jonathan on December 6, according to him no checks had arrived yet.
On the same day, i had to press Jonathan to do as little as look for the check, only after saying im going to come and speak with his supervisor, was there any progress. In fact when Progressive called me on December 8 to close out the file, they said that when they spoke to Jonathan, there was no mention of checks missing.
2. When i asked Jonathan to check for the checks, i dont think he did, he kept saying "we checked" and when i asked where he actually checked, he fell silent.
3. My vehicle was at the dealer because a rat had chewed through certain components of my vehicle, including being in the cab itself. when i dropped my vehicle off, Jonathan told me i would get a car wash, when i picked up my vehicle however, he laughed in my face when i mentioned a car wash, forcing me to spend out of pocket on it.
i would like Honda to pay for the car wash since it should have been included with the repairs.

I normally get my service with Leo but he was not there thay day. Im thankful they gave me another great service advisor like Miguel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the way and keptnle informed of whay my vehicle needed. I will definitely come back to Miguel if my usual advisor is not there.
