i thought i would give this place another try with a coupon they text me...Do NOT go here i pulled up no one acknowledged me the staff looked like they just woke up..a simple oil change and tire rotation was over 2.5 hours!!! and they didnt do the tire rotation!!! omg I will NEVER go back and they gave me a whole laundry list of everything wrong with my car I missed a whole day of work for an oil change and no tire rotation Do NOT text me your coupons!

I had an appointment 8:20 I dropped it off @7:05ami didn’t hear anything from no one until I called at 4:30pm and my technician is gone so another technician Robert takes the call and stated that they don’t have the part that they will have it finished sometime tomorrow and I went 2 weeks prior and they said that they didn’t have the part I had to wait so this appointment the part should be in cause Oscar Ortega confirmed the part was in but failed to call me or even update on my vehicle status so I get to Honda cerritos around 5 pm because I’m very upset so I go around and I video mechanics playing in my truck not 1 not 2 but 3 mechanics in my truck then I get off the car after recording all this when I get my truck my radio dosent work so I’m frustrated called back and stated my claim what had happened still no one has reached out to me and I had to get radio fixed my wire to my sound system was cut $50 bucks and now my truck is making noise I’m begun pissed I’ll be going in today since no wants to call me. Very unhappy with service there at Cerritos Honda and I bought many cars and send all my family Shawn s has made a lot of business off of me and my family I need someone to call me right away. Very unhappy customer.
