I asked the mechanic to evaluate a problem with my Honda Pilot where the vent gets stuck in defrost mode and can not be switched to the cabin. I was told the mechanic could not duplicate the problem. However as soon as I drove out of your parking lot and turned on the fan, it was stuck in the defrost mode.
