With the very generous amount I paid, and the length of time I waited (30 hours), I am not happy nor satisfied with the service that was provided at all. My usual trust and confidence with the dealership as a whole is badly tarnished by the outcome of the work done on my vehicle. The mechanic did not even check and just left the brake fluid cup uncovered, and at least cleaned the engine under the hood from dust and dried leaves. The other company where I have my other vehicle serviced don't release my car after servicing without washing it for good presentation which reflects the image of the company/brand as world-class as they claim. Robert Gonzalez's mechanic did a very lousy unsatisfactory job. No care was given to my Honda CRV, I didn't see any world-class given onto it. I just don't know about the numerous repairs and replacements they provided if they were done right, I only hope that I won't be bringing it back for the same problems soon.
