Jonathan Romero was my service advisor. I understand it's his responsibility to upsell services, but I politely declined. He pressed me and asked why. I let him know my son handles all of my major maintenance. Instead of accepting with grace, Jonathan then asked me why I brought my car in for an oil change instead of having my son do it. Jonathan also mentioned if all I wanted was an oil change, I should have just taken my car to Jiffy Lube. This is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer of Norm Reeves Honda for many years, but this incident has made me uncomfortable bringing my vehicle to you in the future. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

That is a loaded question. Joseph Vargas was great. So we're the people I had to deal with. There were a few issues. The kid that brought a car for me, the loaner, gave me one with low tire pressure. I had to ask them to check all of the tires for nails. There was a nail and they had to bring another car. Just young and should have seen the low pressure warning sign before trying to give me the car. I guess the quality of the young hires is not what it used to be. Always on their phone. Maybe customer service training. You asked.

When I pulled up none of the porters in the front greeted me. There were multiple boys standing around out front and they couldn't have the courtesy to pay attalention and greet a customer. Leo was absolutely amazing on the other hand and I'm glad he was my service advisor. Will still be back but you need to train the guys at the front.
