I wasn’t expecting to have such a huge list of items needing addressing. I’m not sure if it’s just a customary thing to find a bunch of things wrong with a vehicle but I was pretty shocked. I did appreciate getting a loaner car though. My service advisor was polite and kept me informed of progress which was nice. I usually go to norm reeves in HB which is a much smaller dealership but overall the experience at Cerritos was ok.

Although the vehicle service was completed satisfactorily, my interaction with the customer service representative was unsatisfactory. The attendant refused to assist with additional issues, including a cabin noise problem, and did not help with a filter change that should be included in the complimentary service. Instead, the focus was primarily on upselling additional services. This approach negatively impacted my experience, and I believe the customer interface requires improvement to better support customers’ needs.
