The last two service visits have resulted in damage to my interior. The inconvenience for this last visit and the end result is unacceptable. I and my family have been loyal customers to Cerritos Honda but I will never service my car there again.

Leo helped me despite the fact I gad no appointment, and made it clear who he was handing me off to when his shift ended so that I wasn’t in the dark about who to talk to. From when my battery went dead at home to guiding me through who to call for a tow to receiving me at the Service Center, he was absolutely great and gracious the whole time. It was very calming having Leo help me through a stressful time with a bew purchase.

my car was promised by 1:15 and i had to call the dealership at 3:00 because there was no update whatsoever on the status of my car. when i called, my technician was not available to give me an update. finally, i went to pick up my car and the service person that was helping me was not at his desk but he was sitting somewhere else on his phone. when i asked the man at the front desk if my service person was available, he said “yes that’s him in the hat” and he said he would call him up for me. i waited and watched and as my technician was walking out, the other associate finally told him that he had a customer waiting for him. i’m assuming he left for the day because my service technician didn’t bother to look back, he just laughed with the other associate and left. when i went back to the front desk to ask who can help me with my car since my technician left, he gave me a vague “just go to the back and someone will help you.” finally, i had to ask a woman in the back if she could help me and she, understandably, was confused because she did not have my paperwork since she wasn’t my original service technician. i had questions regarding my service that she could not answer but at that point i was too frustrated to even try to talk to anyone else so i had to sign and then leave.

I went there around 1:30 pm they call for having a appointment but when i went there the service staff said he can’t do anything for the update for the service and it will take more then 4 our 5 hours so what happened when you been waiting and still they did fix the issue so I don’t no what to say anymore and I have to go back to drop off the car again to fix the update service problem . So next time when. Someone make a appointment to make sure they do there service inside waiting for and then there is nothing done with it

Joseph has been great throughout the process but the issue is still persistent and the tech put in the wrong transmission fluid while doing the repair. The paperwork shows HCF2 CVT fluid used where the recommended 9 speed transmission fluid is ATF DW1. Follow up requested.

Very happy with GM Kevin, but Ramiro was not only cranky, he did that thing where they check off that I declined tire pressure check, which I certainly did not. My tires were all under inflated and the warning system came on, so I had to stop at a gas station and inflate them myselpf.So petty.

My car was done around 3:00 pm I saw it parked and they made me stay almost 2 hours extra wasted my time waiting Honda needs to do better with there service department.
