When I arrived at around 10:45am, I was assigned to Miguel Cabrera. I’ve been going to this location for years, with multiple vehicles and this has been the most unpleasant experience. Miguel lacked attention and customer service. He never gave me a receipt, I never received a text where I could’ve checked the status of my vehicle. He told me it would take about 1.5hrs for a simple oil change, I waited 4. With no paperwork or anything to go by, I had to get in touch with the supervisor who assisted me and returned my vehicle. He assisted me more and provided better customer service than Miguel Cabrera. I will definitely not be returning after Miguel’s “exceptional” service.
