I need to know how the air bag is removed from my car? Is it removed from under the dash board? I called twice I have been on hold than hanged up on. I called the second tome and I left my phone numbers. I don’t think any one will call back .my second Honda is scheduled to be serviced next Friday. I am not sure if I will continue coming back to do business with you.

Juan Huezo did a fantastic job in getting my A/C fix on my 2019 Honda Accord. Fortunately since this is known issue Honda had an extended warranty on the AC condenser. Yuan was able get me a free rental car from Enterprise car rental for one day. Everything is working good now.
