I came in yesterday for my A1 service on my 2021 pilot. I had no issues prior to the service. They rotated my tires and now my tire pressure alert is on now that I got my car back. It’s been less than 24 hours! I had an appointment and now I have to be inconvenienced to return to have it fixed, hopefully, by your technician.

Just purchased a 2022 HR-V and right away I started to hear a bothering sound coming from steering wheel. I have taken my car 3 time already to get the issue fixed and no seems to find the problem. I have recorded several videos at different times of day where the car is making the sound. Advisor Ramiro confirmed vehicle was ready and when I picked up the vehicle the air bag light was on. They lack communication. Hard to get a hold of. Very bad customer service. I have left voicemails and haven’t heard back from anybody. My vehicle is at the shop and no one gives me feedback. Very disappointed with HONDA.

Did not finish work in time as promised. I waited almost 4 hours for a simple oil change and multi point check. Missed my dr appointment and had to reschedule next month. I had to pay penalty fee for missing this appt, too.
