I will contact Javier Peña tomorrow 2/28/22. My repair cost $3200 and there is a rattling noise on the undercarriage of my vehicle that wasn’t there before I dropped it off for the recommended repairs. Javier Peña’s customer service is good. I’m not satisfied with the repair.

Upon arrival to the service center, no one assisted me. I had to physically get out of my vehicle and go inside the service department and request assistance. Please train your service staff to serve customers with care, friendly customer service skills and to better familiarize them with what the cost for each type of service performance will include with the cost.
