One of the best oil change experiences I’ve had at Honda. Ramiro was very positive and helpful with tips and it was actually one of the fastest oil changes I’ve gotten done with Honda. Ramiro was very professional and kind, a change of pace as I know I’ve been frustrated in the past. It was nice to have someone be so helpful. I hope to see his friendly face my next service to come. 5/5 for sure!
