Had a 1140 appt had to call at 520 to see if my car was ready knowing you close at 6. They said they couldn’t find my key and that’s why it took so long. Unacceptable!!! Mind you I rescheduled from 320 to 1140. Wasted my day. I’m still pissed! I went to pick up my car and both the passenger and driver windows were all the way down and I have stuff in my car namely my church”s checkbook so I am highly disappointed in Norm Reeves. When I drove up for my appt I got there at 1140 and left at 1220, terrible service! I’m discouraged in coming back there. I almost don’t trust that the work isn’t getting done.

I like the ability to drop off my vehicle the night before by leaving my keys on the drop box. However, I would appreciate confirmation of my vehicle being checked in. I had an appointment on 2-21-22 at 7:40am and I didn’t receive a call until an hour later to let me know that my car was ready. It would give me piece of mind to know that my car is being worked on. I know that I could have called but it makes more sense for the service department to reach out. That being said, the service department was efficient in completing the service on my car and notifying me that it was ready. Thank you.

Manny Sanchez is the best!He explained to me everything that my car needs.I only planned to do oil change and car key repair but when He sees other things that needs a repair He explained it very well.I went to other Honda branch that is close to my address but they never give me an explanation or anytime to discuss important parts that a customer needs to know other than the oil change maintenance.So,I realy recommended this Honda norm reeves superstore and their staff are all nice and accomodating.I highly recommended that Your company will keep an employee like Manny Sanchez.He loves His job and His customers too.Thank You again and have a bleased day.Keep safe
