The customer service was excellent. The only comment that I have to bring up is the time frame given to me. I was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours for my car to be serviced, but it actually took about 4-5 hours. I can’t remember exactly, but it was almost double the time. I was going to wait too, in the waiting area. That’s all.

I had a 1:20pm appointment for an express oil change. I arrived around 1:15 and the 1st person put a 1:40pm on top of my car. When I reminded him I had a 1:20pm appt he said it doesn’t matter they will check in the computer. I waited in my car at least until 2pm maybe later. Busy or not the appointment system should be more accurate.
