Manny Sanchez was very formal, helpful, attentive and went out of his was way to guide me through exactly what my car was getting maintenance for. When my original appointment was done for my B1 service, I asked about my A/C blowing hot air and again, walked me through what it might be and after inspection informed me that it would again need servicing. He told me what the problem was, informed my warranty and coverage would help pay off a large amount of the bill and I was more than happy to leave my car knowing that it would be taken care of. His customer service left a memorable impression on me! Hope all the other Honda employees are as good as him!

In the end I was satisfied, but getting there was not a good experience. Juan called and said I needed over $600 in servic. Whe I told him I had already done some of the 30K service, he argued with me and assured me that his records were correct and that I had not done any of them. He said to have the concern looked at I had to do a transmission service before the tech would check the transmission so I agreed to have the service done. When I picked up my car Juan had already left for the day so I spoke with another service writer and again asked him to check if I had previously had the transmission serviced and he said it had been done a year ago. I said I wouldn’t pay for the service and I was assured that I wouldn’t have to. I will not be using Juan in the future
