Miguel cabrera sent a text today saying my car was ready for pickup. But I went in for an oil change last week! He wasn’t there when my car was ready. The car took extra 1 hr 20 min + to pick up. He didn’t ask me if I wanted my tired inflated/deflated. My tires were perfect and they came back deflated. A manager of the store walked around to the few customers waiting and asked if we were still waiting ( a good thing) but proves how long I was waiting while he just took off from work without texting or calling me.
