Minor compliant, when I arrived for pick up. I went straight to service center to inform them I was here for pick up of my vehicle. I was then told to go somewhere else, across drive way to other booths along the service drive up area. There is no clear signage of it, I did find it though. Just a thought for other customers. Ricardo was great. The service took almost exactly the time he’d given me which was 1 1/2 hrs to 1 he and 45 min. Even though he can’t control the time it takes to service the car having a good estimate time helps cope with the long wait because you know what to expect. But thank you Ricardo for your help and making things go as smooth as possible after explaining to me what was going to be needed in the upcoming services.
