I brought my Civic Sport for regular maintenance. I know it needed an oil change. The advisor who assisted me came across as overly aggressive. I I understand there were services recommended but he just kept naming off services that I didi’t completely understand. I felt pressured to agree without him really explaining what those services are about. My invoice totaled to $550! I was so shocked that when my mom picked me up I was very upset! I felt I was taken advantage of because I’m a young 23yr old woman. It was traumatizing!
