Brian was the first Honda representative who showed care and appreciation for my vehicle. I’ve had very bad experiences before and was even willing to go to another dealership to handle my car’s services. Brian, has repaired my relationship with Cerritos because he went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean and ready to roll off the lot.
The staff here is a hit or miss and they need to look up to how Brian displays customer service skills.

I waited three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. And then I saw my car sitting out front don’t know how long I’ve been sitting there. I had to go find somebody in the service department to lock my car up and give me my key.I took my car in a week ago Monday, then today I got a text saying my car is ready today. Somebody needs to stay in touch with the service on the vehicles understand why it took so long for them to say my car was ready seven days
