I add USB to the back were the set are and there not working are my other one are not working I paid 496 and try calling today on a Sunday not open voice mail full and I think they should try it before gave to a customer I'm have to waist gas and take other day off work to fix this problem

I came in at the beginning of the week and had a wheel alignment. I had to return because the car was pulling to the right. I scheduled another appointment to have it checked. With a scheduled appointment I had to wait 45 minutes in my car before someone came to me. After 5 hours of waiting, my car was ready. That week I had to wait a total of 10 hours to have my car serviced. I bought my car at Norm Reeves and been having it serviced for 5 years but this week’s experience taught me to go elsewhere.

Elmo was the best! Gave me accurate timelines and updates when I went to go asked. Assured me all would be taken care of, and even offered me some beef jerky he had purchased, to share with me. Coming from a customer service background too while working at Nike, all that we are told to try and enact towards the customer, Elmo did just that, I appreciate him and would be lying if I didn’t say that he made my 7 hour wait for my car seem like all was in good hands with him.
