I was satisfied with Robert’s service. Before he left he Informed me that Manny would be taking over and that I would receive a call with an update from Manny. I spoke to Robert at 2:45pm. He told me that he would not meet the estimated time at 3pm and it would be almost 45min additional. I was okay with this but extremely disappointed that Manny did not call to provide an update. I sat waiting, then at 4pm I called to inquire about my car. I was informed it was ready and to head over to Robert’s desk. Since Robert was gone I was directed to Manny. He closed out my visit fine but once reading over my paperwork I. Noticed my car was ready around 3:21 pm. I’m wondering had I not called to inquire about my car. How much longer would I have had to wait before Manny would have contacted me. Especially since he didn’t appear to be busy when I approached his work station. He was just there on his phone.

Nothing Michael did, however whoever reached out to me said it was done at 11:30 I went in at 1240 and still not done. Then they told me 45 minutes ended up taking another 30 min on top of that leading me to miss my dentist appointment and pay a cancellation fee. Car was there was from 7:45ish am til nearly 2.
