A multipoint safety inspection should have fixed or alerted me about the auto break problem. I prefer that you guys train the tech’s in the back for better results. So that customers don’t have to comeback and WASTE MORE TIME!

I came in to see why my Sattlelite radio wasn't working right. It took 6 hrs. For them to tell me they couldn't find anything. But so far my radio is working fine since they had it. I got not details on what they did or what they tried to see if it just needed a reboot or something. Just frustrating to have my vehicle 6 hrs. With no answers. But yet it's fixed so far.

My oil change went super smooth I had an appointment for 12 and showed up at 10:45 so Honda ended up taking me in early which helped me out because I had to work at four and I was able to go there by 1 o’clock.

He didn't answer my questions that I actually wanted to know. He just said what he had to say.
So I thought it's difficult or take a lot of time to answer. But when I asked another employee, he gave the answer in 3 minutes.
If you guys treat customers as if they were bothering you, what's the point having service part.
It would be better do with machines.
Then at least I wouldn't be offended.
