Steve seems to be quite knowledgeable on car body parts and was cordial. However, I received a text alert that there was concern about my car’s tire rotation and I was disappointed that he did not call to inform me and have a conversation for me to instruct him on whether I want to service the part that was of concern. I had made 3 calls to the service center after seeing the alert and could not get a hold of him. Then, decided it would be best for me to head over to Honda in order to get a hold of him. When I already got there at the parking lot, that was when he called to tell me my car is ready for pick up. By that time, it was too late to instruct him to add on the rotation of the tire service. He said it would have to take another 2 hours and they are busy. I was busy too as I had other itineraries. So, I have to schedule for another weekend out of my busy schedule when that could have been done today.
