I can’t speak about the service done on the car since NO-ONE mentioned the Service Dept closes at 6pm and we arrived last night at 6:30 to retrieve the car. The paperwork listed a closing time of 8pm. I even texted Ricardo Badillo back yesterday at 12:34pm specifically to ask what time the Service Dept closes and he never responded. For us, a 6:00pm pickup deadline requires 2 people to get off work early, and extra time to drive there. And now we have to repeat this process a second day in a row and get off work even earlier. Needless to say we are not happy with this situation nor the lack of response.

Joseph id well trained in customer service, polite, patient and he kept the timing as promise.
However, I am disappointed about the loaned car as Joseph proposed, was not available and instead he suggested I rent a car on my expense. As the defect is in warranty, the Dealer or the Manufacturer should provide the customer a car to compensate for the inconvenience causing by the defect. Norm Reeves is the giant Dealer, Honda is a giant manufacturer, lacking of this courtesy is a negative point.
