Reoccurring problems #1. Alarm system, lights, being unable to start car.
#2. Electrical issues with headlights. #3. Car not running in no smoothly.
I was informed that the car did not register alarms going off, didn’t find anything wrong with lights. There was nothing wrong with the sound of the running of the car. I have documentation dates and witnesses of incidents.
I have waisted a lot of time with these issues, I have been passed from person to person. Finally to be told nothing is wrong.

Hi service provider was very nice but considering I had to take a few hours out of my busy week to come in for a recall service I was never called and told I needed a new battery I would have done since my car was already being worked on. Not until I was leaving and I asked by the way does anything need to be urgently done ? Was I told o yea your battery is almost at not passing :/ hmmmm why wasn’t I told this earlier ?! Or why did I need to ask ? Just bummed because when I asked hey well I’m driving to San Diego tomorrow for work will it last me ?! The answer was vague it should be okay maybe it will last a couple weeks mayb months but it needs to be changed
Now I’m just worried about my long drive tomorrow and I gotta take more time out of my work week ti bring back my car to take care of this issue
