Customer service was very good. Bryan was helpful and friendly. Drop off appointment was quick which, I really appreciate. The only problem I had was having to return to fix the issue with the brakes. Although, that was inconvenient it was taken care of right away. The process of correcting the problem was explained very well and most importantly fixed. I always see those Helpful Honda commercials and think “I wish that could be me one day” Lol Have a great day.

My service Advisor (Javier Pena) had left before it was time to pick up my car. I was asked to work with Ricardo to close out. Ricardo hurried through the Sunbit payment plan without any detail. Yes, Javier had already explained it to me, but Ricardo didn’t ask how much I wanted to pay as a down payment. He decided, or by habit to charged me for the minimum. I planned to pay more, but that wasn’t a big deal. I was told I could call the Sunbit number to make changes. Not a problem. I became upset when I saw my car. I washed my car the day before because I knew I was going to take it in for service. I was upset to see the grease/oil prints and smudges inside and out of the vehicle. I then noticed that my items were relocated to a box, with a few items on the floor. I understood that the service team was working on the AC, but no one mentioned I should remove my items from the center console. I would have gladly done that on my own to ensure the team could work comfortably. Then, when picking up an item from the floor I noticed a few purple wires and one black hanging out near the pedals/ hood release. I turned back to the service area to ask about them. Ricardo wasn’t around so I asked a women. I didn’t get her name, but she was blonde with glasses. She mentioned it to possibly be an alarm system and that the cords probably don’t apply to me because I don’t have the alarm system. She said that’s most likely why they are not plugged in and that they usually get tucked in when not in use. It was just odd because I don’t know anything about cars and there wasn’t a mechanic to confirm about in. She said I could come back to confirm and or have the cords/ alarm removed. On top of everything i’m mostly upset that I found scratches that were not in my car before. Not huge but noticeable and upsetting that I didn’t do them. I’m upset because everyone tells me that I’m wasting money taking my car to the dealership for services. Keep in mind this this AC Evaporator service was 1600. I never listen when people tell me to take my car elsewhere because I hold you (dealerships) to a higher standard. I expect the team to take better care of their vehicles, but I left today feeling like this job was rushed and or forced. I’m not upset with the Advisors. I think more communication could have helped my experiences with them, but the individuals working on my car could have been more gentle. The majority of my money goes to labor and I expect them to treat the car as if it was their own.
