Elmo was professional and great service provider. However, to no fault of his own, the problem that occurred with my car was actually caused by the Honda service department at my previous appointment! I was told while they were fixing my AC at my previous visit, they service technician accidentally unplugged a cord that was responsible for opening my trunk. When I came home my trunk was no longer opening. In addition, I was told a software update was completed at that time only to find out it wasn’t actually done. At a later date, I had to return to the Honda dealer to get this problem fixed and wasted an entire day there. I also had to pay money for an Uber driver to get to my other appointments for the day. I would like to speak with the service manager so that I can be compensated for my lost time and Uber fees!
