I felt like just because I didn’t get all the recommended services . I was not given much attention . Times are hard my budget is not as good . When i ask to get a up to date recommendation I wasn’t given one . Also when i went to pick up my car the service personnel ignor my presence .stanfing infront of them as if i was invisible for like 12 mins . Not even a greeting . Like welcome will be with you i a bit … nothing .. when the persom that service me and you can look it up in your system records i have to stop him and say hello can you help me . He didn’t seem to helpful but he had no choice . Was not happy at all

My acr was scratched. When I dropped my car off I did not have not 1 scratche on my vehicle. Behind the tire that you guys fixed on the back passenger side there is a scratche on the bumper. I pull back up to the dealership but you guys was closed, but I will return tomorrow.

Came in for intermittent power failure not charging failure. Your advisor and technician advised for valve adjustment,valve cover gasket replacement, and alternator replacement. I was fed a load of crap I didn’t believe but trusted anyway since we were in a tight spot at the time. So one night and $2300 dollars later my vehicle is sitting out front and won’t stay running without manipulating the ignition switch. I was planning to trade in my vehicle and buy with you guys. Not anymore. I will not spend another dime with you people. I’m going today to buy a new vehicle and will look for another Honda dealer to take my vehicle in for proper maintenance. Surprised I wasn’t advised to change out a flux capacitor. Thanks Norm Reeves!
