Today’s experience was different from previous ones. I felt like I was being forced to buy more services and as if I was just another sale. What makes me say this is that the representative Elmo, attempted to trick me into buying more services. He tried to say I needed additional services and the one in particular was the urgent need for a new cabin filter. When I went to pick up my car he said my transmission fluid was very dirty, my tires were getting uneven wear, and my cabin filter was super dirty. What caused an issue with me was to begin with I just bought my cabin filter on March 1st at this same dealership and I’m pretty sure I don’t need to change it this fast. I recently got new wheels and tires and I had a alignment check and the worker said very little need for an alignment. The transmission fluid I wouldn’t know until I checked. But just the validity of the additional services needed felt completely deceptive. I have been coming to this dealer since I purchased my vehicle and never had such a odd experience. This experience made me feel like just because I’m a young female I don’t have any knowledge about my vehicle. I would hope to see a little more respect towards customers. Thank you!

I still can't understand, when the honda sent me a letter in regards my vehicle having a defect on the paint and its been a month and nothing has resolved. The had me waiting for 6hrs and the advisor/manager ni where to be found. I keep asking but they didn't know what to tell me or direct me to someone. I had to filled a case and I'm still waiting... unsatisfied- really need to improve on customer service.
