Oscar’s service was good …but I am frustrated with the dealership as a whole, not him. The fact that I needed to book an appointment to have my fluid topped up, but that was not made clear to me, nor was it made clear that I needed to leave my vehicle all day. I understand fuel cells are a different kind of car, but your process for scheduling is non transparent. This is not Oscar though, who fit me in even though I was told I didn’t need an appointment.
