At the beginning I was told I would get a loaner when I expressed to him what I was told he told me to wait 30 min he would speak to a supervisor , I told him I had 13 yr old girls at home by there self 1 he went by and he did not contact me 1st lie. Then he made me feel like I wasn’t a human by just trying to get rid of me rather than answer my questions. I had to get the service manager to get my questions answered. It’s a farce when you say”happy Honda guts” ha’ this does not exist. I so felt like I didn’t count. Funny how when I was buying the car they were so attentive but getting it serviced is a different animal. Please feel free to call me.
