Juan Huezo was amazing. I had a couple questions about a few things that had nothing to do with my oil change, he took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood his answers. Julie Canales is unprofessional. She should not be a “service advisor” if she can’t even provide proper service. I had to call myself to get an update on my vehicle. I had called about 6 times at different times of the day. Each AND every time someone tried to get ahold of her, she would not pick up/answer. When she finally did call me, her excuse was that she way away to lunch that’s why she couldn’t answer my call. You mean to tell me your lunch break is almost the whole day? Also she called me at 3:30 to say my vehicle had another issue besides the main reason I took it there, and that they need more time.. What if I desperately needed my car by then? She should have at least tried to communicate beforehand. Even when I got there to pick up my car, she wasn’t even the one who helped me/finish paperwork/hand me my keys. Communication is the biggest thing in customer service and she did not provide that at all. Also, my car’s locks were working just fine BEFORE I took it over. I was told my body control module failed, which you guys fixed. But all of a sudden my car’s locks don’t work and I now have to take my car to Downey Honda? This was the most unsatisfactory visit i’ve ever had. I really hope you guys do better so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else and get a complaint
